Do I need to be residing with a minor child in my home in order to qualify for PRC?
In order to apply for PRC you would need to have a minor child or pregnant individual residing with you, or be a non-custodial parent who lives in the state of Ohio but does not reside with his/her minor child(ren) and is current on their child support obligation and working no less than 30 hours per week.
