Please be patient and understanding knowing that the Front Desk Personnel will make every effort to connect you with the proper CSEA staff member to address your concerns in the most timely and efficient way possible.
Ensuring quality “Client Service” is very important to our CSEA staff members so please be advised that due to staff working remotely, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance if there is a determined need for an in-person meeting with a CSEA staff member.
*Although health orders have been lifted, our staff will continue to sanitize meeting areas to promote a safer environment.
The ability to call a CSEA staff member has always and will continue to be a main form of communication. The ability for the CSEA staff member to view your case on their computer while on the phone with you is an invaluable resource in providing the most accurate information.
We highly encourage you use the Mobile App or Web Portal as these are convenient and easy ways to stay in touch with a CSEA staff member while also allowing you to view your case information and make payments.« Back to Blog
