Child Care

Family and Children Services certifies and trains Type-B in-home and other limited child care providers. FCS also sets up agreements with day care centers to allow eligible families to use their services.

Daycare Invoices - Download a copy of the Invoice or Absent Day forms here. This will allow you to save the file on your computer. The files are Microsoft Excel files. They are broken down by Childcare Center and Type B/Limited Providers.

To Download Invoices- Do the Following:

Right-click on the file name below you want to download (ex. Center Absent Form)
A small gray menu will appear
Right-click on "Save Target As" if you are using Internet Explorer or right-click on "Save Link As" if you are using Netscape
A "Save As" box will appear. It should say Save in: Desktop
Click Save
If you minimize your programs, you should see the invoice file on your desktop
