Work Activities

Those in OWF have to show they are receiving some kind of job training or participating in a program that develops a skill. No matter which program you choose, it has to be one that will improve your ability to get and keep a job. Most OWF families have to participate in one or more of these programs for at least 30 hours a week:

	Paid Employment
	Job Club and/or Job Search
	Education and Training (E and T)
	Work Experience Program (WEP)
	Learning, Earning, and Parenting (LEAP)
	GED Preparation
	Counseling
	Substance Abuse Programs
